1. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.

POLICY OF CHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
1. You can request the exchange or return of any item that you have purchased in our online store within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt without needing to justify without penalty in the form of added costs.

3. The customer must pay the exchange / return payment, that is, the return shipping costs of the items. In case you have purchased a defective item, Monica Cordera undertakes to replace or repair it at no cost to the customer.
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the goods leave the customer will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order is shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
